We offer cabinets from multiple manufacturers with varying construction specifications. Most of our cabinets are all 1/2" plywood box construction with a beautiful matching interior and sides. All hinges are concealed and adjustable, shelving is typically 3/4" plywood for extra strength to prevent sagging. Our cabinets are the highest quality stock cabinetry on the market and make an excellent price to value purchase.

We offer both manufacturer assembled cabinets and ready to assemble cabinets(RTA). The assembled cabinets allow you to open the boxes and install right to the walls, the RTA cabinets require approximately 10-20 minutes of assembly time for each cabinet.

We sell cabinets from multiple manufacturers with varying assembly methods. The assembly method for each style is listed online on the door style page. Please select the door style of interest from our main shopping pages to load the door style page, then click the 'Assembly' tab to view assembly PDFs and assembly videos if available.

Yes, All of our cabinets feature finished sides in the same exterior color as the door style selected. It is not necessary to add any additional panels for exposed ends.

Many of our cabinets have matching finished interiors that match the exterior door and drawer finish. The styles that do not have matching finished interior are the following: Shaker Gray, Shaker Light Gray, and Shaker Antique White.

Most of our base cabinets have a finished matching toe kick standard. Additionally, we offer toe kicks available in 8" lengths to cover the seam caused by installing adjacent base cabinets. The following cabinet styles do not have toe kicks included with base cabinets: Arthur Opal, Bowery Gray, Bowery Pewter, Bowery White, Broadway Gray, Broadway White, Coastal Cream, Madison Brown, Madison Dark Sable, Madison Gray, Madison Honey, Madison Pewter, Madison White, Patton Gray, Patton White, Riverside Chestnut, Riverside Dark Sable, Riverside Honey, and Twilight. Please make sure to order toe kicks for all base cabinets if you order any of those styles.

No - Only single wall oven cabinets are available, however, the single wall oven cabinet can be converted into a double wall oven cabinet in the field, by simply removing two of the bottom drawers to increase the height opening. For assembled cabinet orders, we can make this construction modification for you. For more information, please contact our customer service department.

In many of our assembled cabinet lines, we can make some custom modifications to existing stock cabinets. These modifications include increased cabinet depth, decreased cabinet depth, and single wall oven cabinet to double wall oven cabinet conversions. Yes - Soft close door hinges are a standard feature for some door styles, and available for upgrade on others. Please view the construction specifications for the style you are interested in for more information. Yes - Soft close drawers are standard on many of our door styles. This information is listed on the cabinet specifications for each door style. If the door style you are interested in does not have soft close drawers standard, it may be available for an upgrade. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

MDF cabinets are commonly used by manufacturers for white painted cabinet applications. MDF is a stiff, hard engineered wood product that has no knots or holes and is fairly strong. It is primarily used to take paint over solid wood because it does not expand or contract through seasonal weather changes which helps prevent the finish from cracking over time.

Overlay refers to the amount that a door covers, or overlays the cabinet face frame. Standard overlay doors typically cover 1/4" to 1/2" of the face frame leaving a 1î to 1 1/4" reveal (amount of face frame showing). Full overlay doors typically cover 1 5/16" of the face frame leaving a 3/16" reveal

Full cabinet orders and single large cabinet items/accessories will be shipped with a national common freight carrier. Once you receive tracking information, please set up a delivery appointment directly with the carrier, Saturday/Sunday deliveries are not available. Please note deliveries are curbside and no inside delivery is available, we suggest having someone available to assist on the delivery day. If the recommended lift-gate option is not added to your order, you may be responsible to help the driver offload the cabinets from the truck

At the time of delivery, it is necessary to ensure all items ordered are included in the shipment. Please note, pieces like fillers, moldings, etc. may be packaged together. All cabinets are packaged in their own separate individual carton. If anything is missing from your order, it must be noted at the time of delivery on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL). If the driver refuses to wait for you to count to ensure all pieces are with delivery, please be sure to write 'Driver would not wait so I can check that all items on my order were delivered on Bill of Lading, and have the driver give you a signed copy. If an item is not noted as missing on this BOL, we will be unable to honor a replacement at no charge. Please also make sure to obtain a copy of the BOL with the driver's signature.

Also, at the time of delivery, please check each box for visible damage. Any obvious shipping damage to the outside boxes must be noted on the driver's BOL to file a claim. The carrier companies are required to let you inspect the outside of the boxes for damage, as well as count up all pieces to verify your order is complete. You don't need to open the boxes at the time of delivery, you have 7 days to report any concealed damages. Please mark any visible damages on the driver's Bill of Lading.

If there was an item missing or visibly damaged on the delivery marked on the BOL, please make sure to scan/email the BOL to support@usacabinets.com at your earliest convenience so we may process a replacement with the manufacturer.

We ship to the entire continental United States only. All delivery charges (including free delivery) are to non-surcharged areas by surface shipment within the 48 contiguous states. Instances that may require additional surcharges include locations that commercial vehicle access restrictions such as lanes or alleys too narrow for trucks, islands, gated communities restricting trucks, certain metropolitan areas, remote locations, or unpaved roads. If it is not viable for the freight truck to reach your address, the customer must make arrangements to meet the truck at another location or pick up the cabinet order at the freight depot. If in doubt, you should contact USA Cabinets before placing your order.

Your shipping price is based on your order and location. For your convenience, we have integrated an automatic shipping calculator on the shopping cart checkout screen. Simply select the cabinets and accessories you are interested in purchasing and enter your delivery address information for an instant shipping rate.

Orders in stock will be processed immediately, RTA orders should arrive within 7-14 business days, Assembled orders 7-21 business days. Please note Saturday/Sunday deliveries are not available. All cabinet deliveries are curbside, inside delivery is not available.

Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion, there are conditions beyond our control that can cause damage during shipping. Please indicate on the driver's bill of lading(BOL) any missing or visibly damaged items from your order. If an item is missing on delivery, you must indicate this on the freight company's bill of lading to process a claim. Missing item claims will not be honored if the specific missing item(s) was not indicated on the bill of lading at the time of the delivery. Also at the time of delivery, if you notice any visible damage to the cartons, this must be documented on the driver's BOL to file a claim. If you suspect that there might be concealed damage, please note that on the bill of lading as well. If any problems were indicated on the bill of lading, please contact us at support@usacabinets.com to inform us of the problem. All claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery or they will not be honored. USA Cabinets is only responsible for providing replacement parts/items, we will not be able to reimburse any additional labor costs incurred by the customer to repair or replace damaged items. Please do not assemble or install any damaged items, doing so will void a replacement claim. We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacements as quickly as possible, the typical lead time is 7-14 business days.

Please include in your email the date of delivery, the item(s) that were damaged, a description of damaged items, and a labeled digital photo of all damaged items. This is necessary for us to process a freight claim. All damage claims must be properly submitted to us within 7 days of delivery otherwise replacements will not be honored at no charge. Please do not discard damaged/defective products, in most cases, you will be required to return these items, however, we will provide you with paid return postage. USA Cabinets is only responsible for providing replacement parts/items, we will not be able to reimburse any additional labor costs incurred by the customer to repair or replace damaged items. Please do not assemble or install any damaged items, doing so will void a replacement claim. All door samples ship via Fed-Ex or UPS, standard lead time is 3-7 business days.

It is a steel elevator at the end of the truck used to lower the cabinets down to street level. If not selected with your delivery method, it may be necessary to help the driver unload cabinets off the back of the truck to the curb. Please note that lift-gate service is not available for all shipments, orders with tall cabinets that require double pallets will not fit on the lift-gate elevator. If you purchase the lift-gate service, but it is not available for your order we will issue a credit for the lift-gate service fee paid.

Our return policy is variable depending on the specific product ordered on our website, please see return policy for each of the product types below:

RTA Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets - RTA cabinets may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. For the following door styles: Tahoe White, Tahoe Light Gray, Shaker Gray, Shaker Artic, Shaker Light Gray, Shaker Antique White, Shaker Cinder, York Antique White, and York Chocolate, the item must be returned in the original unopened box, and received by the manufacturer in good condition to receive credit. For all other styles, the item must not have been previously assembled, received by the manufacturer in good condition, and shipped back in the original packaging to receive credit. To process a claim, email support@usacabinets.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and the specific SKU of the item you'd like to return. We'll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. To be eligible to receive a credit, you must receive a Return Authorization number from us before shipping out the return. Once the returned item is received by the manufacturer, they will inspect it for damages. Please allow up to 14 business days of receipt for the manufacturer to inspect the returned item(s) If everything is intact, we will then issue the credit to your account minus the 25% restocking fee. Cabinet Fillers, Panels, Moldings, and Trim - These items can not be returned in the following door styles: Tahoe White, Tahoe Light Gray, Shaker Gray, Shaker Arctic, Shaker Light Gray, Shaker Antique White, Shaker Cinder, York Antique White, and York Chocolate. For all other styles, these items are returnable within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping costs back to the manufacturer. The item(s) must be received by the manufacturer in good condition, and in the original packaging to receive credit. To process a claim, email support@usacabinets.com with your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and the specific SKU of the item you'd like to return. Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets - Assembled Kitchen and & Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason due to our manufacturer's policies. For that reason, it is important to check all measurements before ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces. If an assembled item is damaged, it will be replaced for the same item only, please see our damage policies on this FAQ.

Bathroom Vanities, Vanity Tops, Bathroom Furniture Vanities, Mirrors, and Bathtubs - These items may be returned within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be in good condition and shipped back in the original packaging. To process a claim, email support@usacabinets.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and the specific SKU of the item you'd like to return. We'll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. To be eligible to receive a credit, you must receive a Return Authorization number from us before shipping out the return. Sinks, Hardware, Faucets, Garbage disposals, Hand-dryers, and Range Hoods - These items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be in good condition and shipped back in the original packaging. To process a claim, email support@usacabinets.com your confirmation number, the reason for the return, and the specific SKU of the item you'd like to return. We'll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details. Sample doors - We do not accept sample returns, however upon ordering a full set of cabinets we will issue a sample door credit for up to 3 sample doors ordered. To receive this credit, please email support@usacabinets.com both your sample door confirmation number and full cabinet order confirmation number.

Please Note - For all return shipments please ship the items with signature required service and email carrier/tracking information to support@usacabinets.com once available so we may alert manufacturer shipment is on the way.

All cancellations must be emailed within 48 hours of the purchase to support@usacabinets.com. Because of our tight delivery time frames, all orders canceled during this period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on the order. Any order that has left the warehouse for shipment cannot be canceled for any reason.

USA CABINETS warrants to the original consumer purchaser that usacabinets.com cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to products used for residential purposes.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance; nor does it cover alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling/storage, environmental conditions, or any labor expenses. It also doesn’t cover the following:

  1. Installed or used outdoors.
  2. Used for purposes not intended or designed by us.
  3. unauthorized modifications.
  4. Improperly assembled, installed, maintained or stored (if the Product requires storage, it should be kept in a humidity- and temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight) or if exposed to improper temperature, moisture, or humidity extremes.
  5. Damaged by fire, flood, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our control.

    USA CABINETS, at its option, may elect to repair or replace with a functionally equivalent product any usacabinets.com product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair or replacement parts are at the expense of

            USA CABINETS, but the customer shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, the cost of removal and re-installation of the product, labor expenses, etc. Just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. The variation in color and grain pattern in wood adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors—including but not limited to artificial or natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc.—may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and is to be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening/mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of wood, or variation in wood.

Some of the cabinet lines feature a glazed finish that accentuates the door and drawer front profiles. This glaze is hand-applied over a stain or paint and may, due to the nature of the application, consist of random drips, runs, etc. As glazing is a hand-applied process, there will be variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is normal with hand-applied finishes. It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada, and is not transferable. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages..

All of our RTA single door cabinets are standard right door hinge, and blind corner cabinets are right door location. However, upon assembly of single door wall cabinets, you can reverse the frame to get a desired left door swing. Additionally, the frame may be reversed during assembly of blind corner cabinets to get a desired left door location, blind on the right. For assembled orders, you may select whether you prefer a left or right door hinge location or door location for blind corner cabinets, and this process will be completed by the manufacturer for you.

Yes - Many of USA Cabinets’ cabinetry are CARB 2 compliant by meeting or exceeding standard CARB threshold limit tests against harmful emissions, including formaldehyde. Our cabinet styles that are CARB II complaint are the following: Shakertown, Pepper Shaker, Ice White Shaker, Brownstone, Gramercy White, Gramercy Midnight, Thompson White, Thompson Midnight, Pearl, Pacifica, Sienna Rope, Chestnut Pillow, Spice Maple, Mocha Shaker, Richmond, Newport, Villa Cherry, Cherryville, Geneva, Greystone Shaker, Shaker Antique White, Shaker Light Gray, Shaker Gray and Savannah.
