Nicky was able to accommodate all requests we had when picking out which type of cabinets we wanted and drew up multiple layouts for us (as we could not make up our minds). We had 2 damaged cabinets upon delivery. Nicky was able to send us new pieces to replace the damaged ones very quickly. He was very helpful and professional in our renovation. We highly recommend him and this company for any cabinets you may need. We plan to use USA Cabinets again in the future as more projects pop up.

We ordered cabinets for our laundry room and I assumed it would take hours to assemble them, but I was wrong. the cabinets came in great packaging and took alot less time then I thought. Cabinets are great and look beautiful.

Great place to get my cabinets for my remodeling projects!

In September 2024, we bought a house that needed complete remodeling. I had a good idea of what I wanted my new kitchen to look like and I had already used your website to figure out which cabinets I needed to purchase. I worked very closely with Ryan Soriente. He was so friendly and helpful through the whole process. He also found a way to get the right size cabinets for the island. One of the cabinets came without instructions and since it was a different size than the others, we weren’t quite sure we knew how to put it together. Ryan went out of his way to make sure that we got the appropriate instructions so that we could continue working on these. We feel these cabinets are high-quality and the color was perfect. When the cabinets arrived, they were wrapped very thoroughly and we had no problem with any damaged cabinets. The instructions were clear, and the cabinets were easy to put together. The way the doors are painted, they are so easy to clean. Overall, we are very pleased with these cabinets and if we had another project, we would definitely consider USA cabinets for the job! When I first met him, he spent about an hour just to breakdown and simplify each type of cabinet options, the measuring process, and the estimate. He even had sent me multiple of invoices with different options (assembling and delivery) to choose from that worked best for me! I’m happy to find this place that give me the option that I was looking for and afford, of course they have many options for every budget. Abdy helped us through the process to buy all that we”ll need to complete our kitchen renovation. We got the cabinets on time, some damage in some cabinets, understandable from the delivery, but we got the replacement from the manufacturer very quickly. We definitely recommend it!

I’m a very happy customer! I’m very impressed with these Americana cabinets. I’ve installed a lot of cabinets and I’ve seen some a little better, but at twice the price. These are by far the best cabinets for the money that I’ve worked with. The paint finish is excellent. Time will tell how the finish holds up, but it is super smooth and essentially flawless right now. The drawer hardware (slides and detachment clips) is extremely robust and the nicest I’ve ever seen anywhere. The dovetail joints on the drawers are outstanding. The drawer attachment to the drawer face is excellent. It’s so nice that connection is already done because I’ve seen some cabinets where the installer has to do it. The only thing that could be improved on are the installation instructions and videos. It hasn’t really been much of an issue for me but if someone hasn’t put together any or many cabinets before, the instructions lack the details needed.

We enjoyed our experience with USA Cabinets even though we did not decide to go with them. Sami, who help us with the design, selection and customization, was very patient, courteous, and professional. There was no pressure to buy with Sami and we appreciated that. It was too bad that we couldn't make the deal work. But we would have gone with them if everything worked out on our end.

Awesome experience I researched cabinet providers after my contractor referred me to a small family-run provider that was way more than I wanted to pay for the most basic, plainest of cabinets. Enter: USA cabinets. While they don't have a huge selection, I was easily able to find a style I liked which would have cost at least another $1500 with the family-owned place. Quality materials at a value. Nicky was AMAZING! Very patient, responsive and helpful during a very stressful experience. He helped with this process well before and after the cabinets were purchased, especially helpful when informing me of a pending price hike (resulting in huge savings) and was helpful with the delivery process, saving me the expense of having the cabinets stored or the hassle of getting someone else to take delivery during the time I would be away and was helpful with problem-solving layout/fit issues. My initial contact with USA was in May 2021, I purchased them May 30th, the cabinets were ready to ship within 2 weeks in June 2021 (though Nicky helped me by getting the shipment delayed because I was away during that time), my reno started July 2021, the cabinets were installed by my contractor late August/early September without a hitch, and I continued communicating with Nicky the entire time (about potential changes or extra parts). The cabinets fit my 10x10 condo kitchen perfectly, going from cluttered and small to more space than I thought possible in this kitchen (still waiting on the larger fridge delivery-excuse the tiny fridge ). If you are seeking great quality cabinets, we used USA Cabinets in Springfield and couldn't be happier. From start to end the experience with this company was amazing. The owner Burak took his time to explain all the different options that he offered and that would be a fit for our space. He made sure we were satisfied with the colors and type of cabinets we chose by showing us a visual/digital representation. He kept in communication at all time to explain the process and when everything would be delivered. He explained and worked with us on the different options that would maximize our space with accessories and specific cabinet sizes. The quality of the cabinets is real wood and not cheap Formica. You can choose from different options like soft close among others. It seems that he truly cares about each customer and puts time and effort in satisfying his clients. BUY YOUR CABINETS HERE! Nicky Ong and Burak Kanig know how to run a business! Apart from knowing their craft, their customer service professionalism is second to none. I am currently renovating my entire kitchen and have changed my mind several times on the design throughout the build and these two have been there to get me what I needed every time I have called. Originally, I was thinking about outsourcing the job through Home Depot or Lowes - the thought of that now scares me knowing this business is out there with these two running the show. In short, I believe you would be wasting your time and money going anywhere else.

I bought cabinets from USA cabinets for two kitchens in my 4 apartment building. I was nervous buying from a company that wasn’t local, but they offered such great quality cabinets (it was the only place I was able to find ¾” plywood boxes), tax-free, at such a great price that I decided to take the risk. Burak was great to work with. He was always available and responded quickly to my questions, and to provide estimates, without putting on any sales pressure. Once I placed the order the cabinets arrived quickly and on schedule. We had a hiccup where when the cabinets arrived my husband thought the factory had sent the wrong ones, so he refused delivery. Poor Burak was on vacation on another continent, but he still managed to sort out the situation (it was my husband’s mistake, they were indeed the right cabinets!), and was available by phone and email to sort out the situation, and get the cabinets redelivered. We’re very happy with the quality of the cabinets, the price couldn’t be beat, and we’re definitely going back to USA Cabinets when we remodel our other 2 kitchens. I highly recommend them.

We looked at pictures and ordered online long distance. They sent a sample and we did the measurements and ordered the cabinets for a full kitchen makeover. Everything came undamaged and beautiful and it all fit perfectly. I highly recommend USA Cabinets.

The cabinets are almost completely installed few more doors and we are done. We elected to put them together ourselves. We saved on shipping, and didn’t regret doing it. Like most have commented the directions were lacking details, but even I was able to figure them out. My only comment is that “you” remember to measure (measure twice) your distances along walls, between windows and walls. I made this mistake. This was a second kitchenette in our basement.
